We are a casual fine dining eating house serving Italian, Greek, Spanish and French cuisine.
We are located at the Hamlet Gate in the heart of
Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts District.

Tom Polizzi
Chef/Proprietor
Tom's 43 years of experience has come by working at some of the finest restaurants in Rochester such as Tournedos Steak Business firm, Rooney's, The Rochester Club, The Olive Tree, Richardson's Canal Business firm, Park Avenue Pub, Guido's Pasta Villa, Llyod's, Hogan's Hideaway, Thruway Marriott, Aerodrome Marriott and Stouffer'south Hotel. Tom also served as the chef and auto fueler for the Berg Race Squad
Michael Ernst
Sous Chef
Mike, who is the owners son in police force, has been in the food industry for a number of years. He ran the burger bar and worked in many of the prepared foods areas at the Pittsford Wegmans. Too having worked at Don's Original class many years.
Thomas "Marty" Moriarty
Cook
Marty and Tom grew upward across the street from one another and have known each other their entire lives. Marty is a retired Marine Veteran who worked in the commissary for the Rochester Fast Ferry, helped in the reopening of Deerfield state club where he worked for 4 years and was also the n east regional chef for Vacation Resorts retirement homes.
Linda Ortiz
Cook
Linda has been in the eatery business for most of her life. Her family owned the erstwhile Streppa'southward Chophouse in Webster and she as well worked at the Grape Vine in E Rochester.
Kim Broker
Cook
Kim worked under Chef Polizzi for virtually ix years at Tournedos Steak Business firm before working at the Grapevine Eatery. Kim has worked at Wegmans for over 20 years doing everything from prepared foods to Sushi

Cook
Stephen has over 40 years experience in the food service manufacture including The University Social club, Jeremiah's Tavern and Aramark Foods
Brian Eddy
Bartender/Managing director
Brian is a SOTA alumni and a member of the NOTA customs. Brian comes to u.s.a. with 10 years of bar disposed experience along with having been a assistant nutrient and beverage director at Morton's the Steakhouse, Holiday Inn and TGIF Fridays
Yosef "Joe" Bar-Tzur
Bartender/server
Joe joined our team in May of 2018 later spending the previous 15 years bar tending at Remington's Restaurant. Joe also worked a Jillians in Rochesters upper falls surface area

Anna got her 1st eating house experience working with Tom in the kitchen at Tournedos. She is also a life guard and is working on getting her automobile racing license.

Angie has been a server for a number of years worked for & worked for both Locus Colina Land Club and Applebees as a server. She also has her ain dwelling house cleaning service
