Surprisingly BAD experience at Millers Ale Business firm Six of u.s.a. went to Millers Ale House yesterday at virtually 1:30. Not too decorated, parking was easy and we were seated quickly. Our drinks arrived shortly and we placed our orders. Later nigh a half an hour passed and our waitress was no where to be institute, nosotros began to get a fiddling concerned. With the assist shortages etc, we gave them a another 15 minutes or and then to make an appearance. Later at least 45 minutes, and I am beingness kind, and watching people come and become, we flagged downwardly a different waitress, as ours was still missing in activeness. She happily agreed to check for united states of america, and well-nigh ten minutes after, our waitress showed up with our cold food that had been sitting at to the lowest degree a half an hour. We were and then hungry at that betoken that nosotros ate the cold fish and chips, meatloaf etc UGH! We voiced our dissatisfaction and of course she apologized. The proper response from management to our terrible service and cold soggy nutrient would be to at least comp our meals, merely that was never offered. We have seen this all over The Villages. A eating place gets popular and busy, and client service goes down the drain. They allow poor service and dissatisfied customers, considering there are ten people waiting in line to become in. Beware....January is coming forth with thousands of renters and much worse customer service from Millers Ale House. And then sad. |

Information technology would have been good PR to requite you lot something. But when yous ate the food without complaint and only afterward expressed dissatisfaction that is a mitigating factor. Had you refused the cold soggy food you'd have a much ameliorate argument. Ask for a new hot unsoggy meal and propose a costless titbit to hold off your hunger while yous wait. __________________ |

In one case had to transport back a flatbread because a topping was added I requested not to be. They gladly re-made the flatbread and expedited it. Wouldn't await to eat it, then complain well-nigh the problem later on and wait much attending. Considering the employee issues running rampant at many business establishments I find Miller's to exist one of the best at handling these problems. |

Very surprising. I become in that location at to the lowest degree twice a week, 50+ visits, e'er sit at the bar, so I can sentry a ball game and have a beer. Usually there for a few hours. I tin hands see the kitchen and hear abiding cries for nutrient runners from the expediter. Watching them work I discover information technology difficult to understand your claims. The only problem I have ever had, albeit a few times, was them finding a particular ball game I wanted. Then, I enquire for the daily "book" that list the stations available. Food has been consistently very skilful. When I have had like food selections at Orange Blossom Hills CC Millers is quite superior. Plus they stay open till 10. |

The married woman and I have eaten there 3 or 4 times now and though I have null bad to say, I don't have anything good to say either. I haven't eaten anything in that location that has impressed me. It's just a typical Villages restaurant. The OP has far more patience than I accept, I would have been demanding the manger come to me at 20 minutes of no attention by the server. Direction tin't fix a problem they aren't aware of and I would have left without ordering anything. |

OP if yous refused the common cold food, results would have been dissimilar. If nutrient sat in the window for that long, the kitchen staff makes noise, considering not only is the window not big enough to hold more than than a few order, especially 1 with half-dozen people. But the kitchen is the one who catches hell for cold food. __________________ |

I thought yous were still waiting to society. Hungry or not I would have sent cold nutrient back and would not have paid the beak. I remember you waited way as well long to inquire about your food. |
